The latest programme addition to the suite of services provided by the Rubicon Centre at MTU is the RIO-Innovator programme.
This programme was developed to fill a gap in the market for established SME’s who required support in Innovation and Strategy development. The programme is delivered one day per month, over 6 months, consisting of 6 modules. The design of the programme is to assist company owners or senior managers who wish to scale their business through innovation and/or Strategy.
Areas covered include Benchmarking, Innovation, Scaling, Marketing, Strategy and Channel Management. There will be several guest speakers including a Strategy expert from Cambridge University.
