Six Cork Companies have been selected to participate in a new opportunity to Scale and Grow their business with the help of the Rubicon Centre, CIT and Cork County Council.
As Companies re-start their businesses, Cork County Council’s Economic Development Directorate and the Rubicon Centre joined forces to pilot a new initiative to help scale and grow some of the existing Companies in the Cork Region. This first pilot focuses on the Agri-Tech, Medical Devices, and Digital Health area.
The programme will work on Companies using an initial benchmarking exercise which will look at enablers for growth which allow the Company to expand into new markets as well as dealing with areas of support in Operations, Finance, Digital, People, Marketing, Innovation, and Finance. The Companies will be provided with advance mentoring, using teams of mentors with sector and specific market experience. In addition, other existing resources available will be packaged together to help these initial six companies.
Scale Cork builds on established International relationships that the Rubicon and Cork Council have in Boston and the UK.
