The Rubicon Centre invests heavily in its IT infrastructure and services on a continual basis. Each year we upgrade our hardware and software to enhance the offering we provide to our clients, staff, stakeholders and the community at large.

As we all know, with the onset of Covid 19, our world has changed forever and new ways of work had to be invented quickly. Many new terms appeared more frequently in our vocabulary such as Remote Working, Co-Working, Working from Home and Blended Learning, to name a few. The Rubicon centre wanted to play its part in the revolution and to that end, we concluded that better communication systems were required. It is no longer the Future of Work but as I term it, it is now the Future of Hybrid-Work where many people will be working on a more permanent basis from two locations.   

In the Rubicon Centre, we concluded that the best offering we could give to all our stakeholders was the best in class communication tools. To that end, we deployed in our Seminar and Board rooms new 85inch Flat Screen Sony TVs alongside Poly Studio X30 AV equipment. This equipment allows meetings and training to be held onsite with offsite attendees having an experience of being onsite.

This equipment is very versatile, functional and easy to use, just plug and play.

We have also installed Lavazza Italian coffee machines in both the Seminar and Board rooms as an added bonus for your meetings.
