MTU and The Rubicon Centre Celebrate the Enterprise Ireland New Frontiers 2024/25 Cohort with Honoured Guests Taoiseach Micheál Martin and MTU President Maggie Cusack
The Rubicon Centre is delighted to celebrate the achievements of the 2024 Enterprise Ireland New Frontiers Phase 2 participants at Munster Technological University in Cork. With fifteen dynamic startups now set to make their mark on the Irish business landscape, this occasion reflects the programme’s continued impact in empowering entrepreneurs and shaping Ireland’s innovation economy.

It was a great privilege to host Taoiseach Micheál Martin, and MTU President Maggie Cusack at the graduation ceremony for the New Frontiers 2024/25 cohort. Taoiseach Micheál Martin has consistently supported entrepreneurship and innovation, emphasising his commitment to fostering a supportive environment for startups. In his speech, he highlighted the crucial role of innovative startups in driving Ireland’s economic growth and reiterated the government’s dedication to providing comprehensive supports for entrepreneurs.

President Maggie Cusack’s further underscored the university’s commitment to nurturing future business leaders across all sectors from sustainability and biotechnology to digital services and consumer products. The ceremony not only celebrated the achievements of the graduates but also reinforced the collaborative efforts between the government, academic institutions, and enterprise agencies in supporting Ireland’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
