Paul Healy- Innovation Centre Manager
Paul HealyPaul joined the Rubicon Centre in 2005, and is responsible for the operation of the Centre. Paul works on a one to one basis with Entrepreneurs guiding them through the start-up process.  He also holds responsibility for Programme Management of the Enterprise Start Programme since its start-up in 2005.

Paul has worked for over 15 years in developing Technology start-ups from concept to market place. He has also held roles in Supply Chain Management in the Electronics and Pharmaceutical Multinational Sector before moving into the Enterprise Development and Support sector.

Denise Kennedy - Genesis Programme Manager

Denise KennedyDenise Kennedy has been the Programme Manager for Genesis Enterprise Programme since 2006. Denise works with Entrepreneurs on a one to one basis providing clients with support and advice in all areas of their business.

A Sales & Marketing Professional, Denise has extensive expertise in early market development and product management for start up enterprises. She has successfully designed and executed market entry and business development strategies into the European and US markets. 

Her commercial experience spans a range of sectors including; services, consumer products, publishing, life sciences, information technology & telecommunications. A graduate of University College Cork, Denise holds a Bachelor of Commerce, MSc Commerce in Business Strategy and a Higher Diploma in Computer Science.

Imelda O’Leary - Administrator & Client Support
Imelda O'LearyImelda joined in 2009, and is responsible for Administration and Client Support at the Rubicon. In addition she is responsible for the sourcing and production of Marketing & Promotional materials.

A Marketing Professional, Imelda has held roles as Key Account/Client Manager with a Marketing Consultancy Practice.

Elizabeth Spillane - Genesis Programme Admin.
Elizabeth SpillaneElizabeth joined in 2009, and is responsible for providing Genesis Programme Administrative Support. She also provides support to the Solas Network since its launch in 2009.

Prior to joining she has held Administration roles in the Healthcare and Education sector.

Maeve Mc Carthy - Admin & Client Support

Maeve McCarthyMaeve joined in 2006 and is responsible for Financial Administration and Client Support on a day to day basis. Prior to joining the Rubicon Centre Maeve held Financial Accounting Support roles in the Telecoms Sector.
